Rachel Mastrogiacomo was groomed for predation while studying theology in Rome to serve the Catholic church. Her predator was a deacon at the time, and later was ordained a priest, serving in San Diego. On two occasions, this now-former priest, Jacob Bertrand, held private masses with then-24 year-old Rachel, during which he raped her. He told her that in complying with her rape she was becoming Christ’s special bride. Rachel suffered devastating life consequences because of the Satanic Ritual Sexual Abuse by Bertrand. After years of silence and shame, Rachel told her diocese of the abuse, but to no avail. Her pleas for help and justice from the Diocese of San Diego, led by Bishop Robert McElroy, were ignored, denied, and deflected. Finally she was forced to go public and take her abuser to court. Bertrand ultimately confessed and was convicted of ritual rape. What triggers Rachel now and provokes revictimization is the promotion of Bishop McElroy from San Diego to the cardinalate, for he failed to act when she reported Bertrand to the diocese and is failing to protect the vulnerable from Bertrand.

Passing the Pill: Who’s Responsible for Abortifacient Mishaps?

Conversations with Consequences

Originally published Feb. 26, 2022 by The Catholic Association.

You’ve heard of passing the buck.

But Planned Parenthood has given us a new expression: passing the pill.

In this episode of the Ruth Institute Podcast, Dr. Grazie Christie interviews Dr. Donna Harrison, on her show “Conversations with Consequences.”

Dr. Harrison, president of the American Association of Pro-life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG), and a friend of the Ruth Institute, spoke at Ruth Institute’s 2021 Summit for Survivors.

They discuss chemical abortions, but specifically the drug Mifeprex.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) originally put regulations on this drug, but caving to political pressures, they recently backtracked.

But was this a wise decision?

Dr. Harrison exposes the history of how this drug came to market when the Clinton administration contacted the manufacturer of Mifeprex in France and asked them to bring this drug to America.

The original France-based manufacturer declined out of legal fears and instead authorized Planned Parenthood Federation of America to manufacture it instead.

Planned Parenthood was also afraid of legal suits, so they created a shell company, Danco, which was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 1995 so that it might evade legal suits.

Danco however does not manufacture anything, so they partnered with Hua Lian Pharmaceuticals in China who at that time was already under sanction by the FDA for faulty drug manufacturing practices.

So, if you were able to emerge from the other side of that rabbit hole, the gist is this: no one wants to claim legal responsibility for this abortion drug. It seems they would rather “pass the pill.”

You may be asking yourself “why?”

Well, have you heard of the serious trauma and catastrophic consequences that result from taking this drug?

Dr. Harrison goes into it all in surprising detail.

She also reveals that the FDA was caught hiding the number of adverse events, including deaths, as a result of taking this pill.

And so much more!

Please continue listening to hear the shocking truth.

Utopian Dream of the Sexual Revolution

Originally published May 12, 2022 by Driving Home the Faith.

Republished by Ruth Institute July 13, 2022.

In this episode of the Ruth Institute Podcast, we tune in to Fr. Rob Jack’s show, Driving Home the Faith where he visits with Dr. Jennifer Morse.

Dr. Morse emphasizes that kids need their parents and that the battle for Christian sexual ethics is the battle that is most needed for securing the rights of children.

Also, Fr. Jack and Dr. Morse discuss the explosion of violence across the country against Catholic churches. It seems that the Sexual Revolution’s utopian dream is at stake for once.

Mayor of Chicago, Laurie Lightfoot says, referring to the pregnancy care center in Wisconsin, that abortion clinics are now being bombed in retaliation. This is an overt lie. Lightfoot also pledged that the city of Chicago will use $500,000 of city funds for the promotion and safeguarding of abortion in the city.

Dr. Morse posits that sexual revolutionaries have always sought after taxpayer funded abortion. It is their utopian dream.

And have you noticed that ‘Reproductive Health’ is precisely about not reproducing? Quite the irony, as Dr. Morse observes.

Continue listening to hear the facts!
