Dr. Morse’s testimony to MN Senate

(April 29, 2011) Dr J travels to Minnesota to speak at a senate hearing on a proposed marriage amendment to the state constitution.  The amendment, along the lines of those passed by popular vote in 31 other states, defines marriage as one man and one woman and would be voted on by the people of Minnesota.
